This position is fully remote, leveraging our telehealth capabilities to reach clients in Hillsboro, Oregon, and beyond. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Unity Point, you will:

• Conduct thorough individual assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, providing support and guidance to individuals coping with various mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Engage in continuous learning through participation in workshops and training sessions, staying current with emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. The ability to connect with a variety of clientele, including families and couples, is essential. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
