Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and therapeutic goals. \n
- Facilitate individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and modalities suited to the client’s circumstances. \n
- Administer mental health screenings and assessments to evaluate treatment needs, employing various diagnostic tools and methods. \n
- Maintain detailed session notes and patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practices. \n
- Effectively communicate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of the patient’s well-being. \n
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to further enhance your counseling skills and knowledge base. \n

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and families, each facing unique challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to adjustment disorders and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field. \n
- Current and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). \n

- Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for patient interactions and maintaining high standards of virtual care. \n
