Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy services to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through virtual sessions.

• Engage regularly with clients and their families to provide ongoing counseling and modify treatment plans as needed based on progress and feedback.

• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in line with our internal protocols to ensure delivery of high-quality care.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively enhance our clinical practices and share insights for improving patient experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Harmony United, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including children and teenagers who are navigating the complexities of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your approach will be tailored to each individual’s needs, allowing for an empathetic and supportive environment where healing can begin.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license to practice psychotherapy independently.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted state license in Oregon.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in psychotherapy or counseling.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be acquired within the first month of employment.
