Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations aimed at identifying treatment needs and establishing personalized treatment goals for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy in alignment with client preferences.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, employing relevant electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation.
\n
• Regularly update and modify treatment plans based on client progress, feedback, and new developments in the field of mental health.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to collaboratively devise strategies for improving client outcomes.
\n
• Engage in continued professional development through workshops, training, and staying informed about current advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations concerning counseling practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients from varied cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and case load.
