Work Environment\n

This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while maintaining strong connections with colleagues and clients through virtual meetings and therapy sessions. You will significantly contribute to an outpatient setting, coordinating treatment plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. While the primary hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, occasional evening or weekend appointments may be required to meet client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Proven experience in conducting individual and group therapy, capable of adapting treatment methodologies to fit client circumstances.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health treatment.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for comprehensive documentation and client interaction.

• Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 50,000 and 70,000 annually.
