Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences, build connections, and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored one-on-one counseling sessions, helping clients navigate their thoughts and emotions, and develop coping strategies and personalized action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are actionable and reflect their unique needs and goals.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize a variety of assessment tools to monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback.

Compensation and Benefits\n
