Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients in various formats, including individual, group, and family therapy settings.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families from various backgrounds facing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Eligible candidates may also receive a significant sign-on bonus, which will be discussed further in the interview process.
