Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, histories, and treatment goals through comprehensive evaluations and interviews.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies when clients present immediate mental health challenges, ensuring safety and appropriate care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, effective coping mechanisms, and local resources that provide additional support.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Stay informed on current mental health practices, laws, and ethics, continuously enhancing professional knowledge through education and consultation.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
