This position offers a unique remote work setting combined with access to our outpatient office, creating flexibility and comfort as you deliver care. Work hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced professional life.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Scenic Integrative Health and Recovery Solutions, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a dedicated caseload of clients, fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand the unique needs and backgrounds of each client, leading to accurate diagnoses of mental health disorders.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that are person-centered and evidence-based, ensuring that each plan is tailored to support individual recovery journeys.

• Facilitating leading therapy sessions that promote emotional exploration, teaching effective coping strategies, and guiding clients toward significant life changes.

• Regularly monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and engaging in collaborative discussions regarding stability and the potential for discharge.

Qualifications\n

We require candidates to meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.
