Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain thorough and accurate records, including clinical assessments and progress notes, adhering to the clinic's policies and standards for documentation.

• Collaborate closely with our healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans based on detailed psychosocial assessments, ensuring the best strategies for discharge and ongoing care.

• Provide individualized counseling and crisis intervention for patients, focusing on identifying, assessing, and treating emotional and behavioral issues.

• Engage with patients’ families and support systems to involve them in the treatment process and facilitate effective discharge planning.
