Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, facilitating discussions and therapeutic interventions that promote emotional well-being.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting these goals based on their progress.

• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to enhance the support available to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
