Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Conduct individual counseling sessions that focus on women aged 35-55, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management. You will utilize effective therapeutic techniques to help clients cope and thrive.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaboratively create personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs and goals. You will incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches to guide your practice and ensure the highest standard of care.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Leverage secure telehealth platforms for delivering therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and upholding the ethical standards of counseling while making mental health support accessible.

• Monitor Client Progress: Regularly assess and track client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to adapt to evolving therapeutic needs. You will provide consistent support to aid clients in achieving their goals.

• Collaborate with Team: Engage with our team of multidisciplinary professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, facilitating referrals to other specialists when needed for a holistic approach.

Qualifications\n

• Licensure: You must hold an unrestricted, independent, active LPC license in Pennsylvania.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical counseling is required, showcasing your established ability to provide effective therapy services.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook, is necessary for managing client data and scheduling.

• Understanding of Ethics: A strong foundation in ethical and legal issues in counseling to ensure compliance and quality care.
