Work Environment\n

This position is ideal for someone looking for flexibility, as it allows for a remote work setting. However, some in-person interactions may be required at our outpatient office, fostering collaboration with fellow clinicians. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and therapy sessions, adhering to standard office hours of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing an individualized caseload of clients, building rapport and healthy therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, followed by accurate diagnosis of mental health disorders.

• Formulating, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that incorporate clients' goals and foster empowerment.

• Facilitating regular therapy sessions, which may involve individual therapy, group therapy, or family counseling, ensuring effective engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an unrestricted, independent, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

• Valid experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, focusing on a variety of mental health issues.

• Comfort and capability in performing intake assessments to ensure clients receive appropriate services.
