Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions remotely, employing treatment modalities that are evidence-based and tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that address the mental health concerns of clients.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic processes for individuals, couples, and families by exploring emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with practice standards and applicable state regulations.

• Strictly adhere to ethical and legal guidelines governing the practice of mental health therapy, ensuring confidentiality and respect for client rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients come from various backgrounds and age groups, each with their unique experiences and challenges. As an LPC at our center, you will work with a diverse array of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults, many of whom are navigating complex issues such as anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be pivotal in creating a safe space for them to process their experiences and foster healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with the team and adhering to organizational values.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 3 years of experience providing therapeutic services, especially with children and families.

• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches.

• A proven track record of developing successful treatment plans that yield positive client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Freeman Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
