Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver a full range of evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while abiding by legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, families, and couples seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and other mental health issues. Your ability to establish rapport and trust will be critical, as many clients come to us from underserved communities or challenging backgrounds, requiring sensitivity and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in counseling practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
