As an LPC, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to accurately determine their mental health needs, history, and treatment goals.

• Design and implement custom treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, continually adjusting strategies as necessary to improve patient outcomes.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain precise and confidential electronic client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations using SimplePractice.
\n
• Regularly evaluate client progress towards identified therapeutic goals, making modifications to the treatment plan as needed.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical providers and community resources, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives, including managing online profiles and participating in presentations to promote services.

• Participate in weekly case review meetings with peers to discuss client cases, share insights, and enhance service delivery.

Your work will primarily focus on patients dealing with anxiety disorders, depressive conditions, trauma responses, PTSD, and attention disorders like ADHD. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
