Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Greatmind Seattle Therapy, you will work with a wide range of clients, including adults, children, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Your expertise in individual psychotherapy and ability to conduct thorough assessments will play a crucial role in shaping treatment outcomes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted LPC license, allowing independent practice.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Demonstrated experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Ability to conduct intake assessments efficiently and accurately.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We utilize a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment ahead of collections, ensuring financial stability for our clinicians.
