Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of clients with diverse backgrounds and mental health needs.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and discuss discharge planning when appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique challenges and goals.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client interaction to ensure continuity of care.

• Performing intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine their needs.

• Conducting a predetermined number of individual counseling sessions each week.

• Participating in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional growth and clinical skills.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers in a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in Tennessee.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in using computer applications including Excel, Outlook, RMS systems, and PIMSY.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments for new clients.
