Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport and positive therapeutic relationships while adhering strictly to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, stability, and next steps, including preparing for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather necessary information and evaluate client needs effectively.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices to support symptom resolution and personal growth.

• Engage in regular individual supervision and clinical discussions to enhance professional development and optimize client outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care and comprehensive service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Conscious Growths Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Must hold an unrestricted, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting following graduation.
