Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs through video conferencing tools, ensuring a holistic approach to understanding their experiences.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques throughout the process.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions in a telehealth format, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly track and document clients' progress, evaluating treatment effectiveness and adjusting plans based on measurable outcomes.

• Quickly provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress, assuring them of continued support.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate records of client sessions that meet all legal, ethical, and organizational standards while ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications\n
