Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate the ongoing needs and challenges of patients, leading to well-informed treatment planning.

• Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, employing various therapeutic techniques based on clinical appropriateness.

• Actively participate in collaborative program planning sessions with the psychiatry team and other healthcare professionals to align care strategies.

• Engage with patients in both group and individual therapy settings, effectively fostering therapeutic relationships to promote understanding and healing.

• Document all clinical interactions and patient data following regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring a comprehensive and accurate electronic medical record (EMR).

• Maintain a commitment to professional ethics and adhere to agency policies, working diligently to support each patient’s journey toward mental health improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients range from children to adults, with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and family dynamics. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse clientele, tailoring approaches to meet individual or collective needs within therapy groups.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical counseling context, demonstrating a firm understanding of therapeutic frameworks.

• Capability to develop effective and meaningful relationships with patients from varied backgrounds.
\n
• Proficient in using EMR software and related technologies for documentation and client management.

• Thorough knowledge of relevant legal and ethical standards in professional counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or advanced training in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
