Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to establish effective treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, contributing insights and receiving support from varied professionals in the field.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records following legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will engage with a varied client population, including adults, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $105,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus.
