Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and detailed evaluations to design tailored treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and integrated treatment approaches.

• Document and maintain precise, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, and groups. You may encounter clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties, all of which require a nuanced and empathetic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.
