Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Sync, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs.

• Providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Documenting clinical progress accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring all information is responsibly managed.

• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic client care, sharing insights that enhance treatment approaches.

• Pursuing continuous professional development through training opportunities, workshops, and engagement with the latest mental health research to stay informed on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse range of clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of USD 60,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and experience.
