Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic care and enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 and $100,000 annually based on your caseload and experience.
