Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Perform comprehensive assessments that inform the development of personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices in mental health care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client documentation that reflects therapeutic progress and compliance with state regulations.

• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all interactions, ensuring the highest degree of professionalism and respect for client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to provide support to individuals facing anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working in therapeutic settings, particularly with children and families.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills that facilitate effective client interactions and documentation processes.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while connecting seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
