Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of new clients to gain a deep understanding of their mental health history, challenges, and needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals and the specific interventions to achieve these targets.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family counseling sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Document all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, ensuring all records are maintained in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and psychiatrists, to integrate physical and mental health services for a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality in all client dealings, fostering a trusted therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful LPC will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship conflicts. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and the counselor will be expected to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity while addressing their unique mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is essential.

• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor in Texas is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling role, with proficiency in delivering therapy to individuals and groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
