Work Environment\n

This position allows for the flexibility of a remote work setting, giving our LPC team members the ability to work from home while still being an integral part of our collaborative care model. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, providing a structured environment that balances productivity with personal time. Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain and manage a caseload of clients, establishing trust and rapport to facilitate open communication.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, stability, and therapeutic needs, adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Document all client interactions comprehensively, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plan adjustments to maintain compliance with clinic protocols.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case reviews to share insights and elevate the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is essential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is mandatory.

• Competence with computer systems, including proficiency in Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Practice Management Software (Pimsy).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor position at Fortitude Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
