Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans catered to the specific needs and goals of clients.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, all while maintaining a compassionate and supportive environment.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to address various clinical concerns effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• At least 2 years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of ethical guidelines and legal matters pertaining to counseling practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capability to form rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and necessary software to streamline documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
