Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems proficiently.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health, participating in training workshops and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
