Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, addressing diverse mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Perform thorough assessments to understand clients' unique backgrounds and needs, subsequently developing tailored and goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Implement supportive counseling techniques, crisis management strategies, and psychoeducational information to empower clients and their families in understanding mental health and well-being.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for clients and to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring that all client records are kept current and in compliance with ethical and legal standards, thus fostering transparency and accountability.

• Stay abreast of the latest research findings and best practices in mental health counseling to continually improve service delivery and enhance client interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• An active and independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license issued by the Oregon State Board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
