This position is entirely remote, allowing you to create your practice environment that best suits your needs while delivering care from the comfort of your home in West Linn, Oregon. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions, employing evidence-based strategies to provide effective treatment for adults experiencing various emotional and psychological disorders.

  Collaborate closely with Brightside's psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of every client.

  Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal tracking to continuously monitor client progress and tailor treatment accordingly.

  Complete timely and efficient clinical documentation using our user-friendly counselor portal, which integrates assessment tools and crisis protocols to optimize your workflow.

  Engage in regular support and consultation sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring that you have the resources needed to address any clinical challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC with Brightside Health, you will serve a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of emotional disorders. Your role will specifically focus on providing telehealth services that cater to clients seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, and crisis situations. By implementing our Crisis Care Program, you will also play a critical role in helping individuals at elevated risk of suicide, utilizing specialized training in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS).

Qualifications\n

  A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Oregon.

  A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s Degree in counseling or a related discipline is preferred.

  At least 2 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling.

  Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
