Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to determine patient needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions, following evidence-based practices and ensuring adherence to ethical standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams during program planning to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Engage actively as a primary therapist in both individual and group therapy, guiding patients through therapeutic interventions that address mental health concerns.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
