As an LCPC at Twins Behavioral Solutions LLC, your role encompasses a variety of therapeutic responsibilities designed to support our clients' mental health journeys:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic group sessions where young adults can share experiences, explore emotions, and learn collaborative coping strategies within a safe environment.

• Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling designed to help clients delve into their thoughts and feelings. Facilitate the development of practical coping mechanisms and individualized action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to formulate customized treatment plans addressing their unique needs and aspirations. Regularly adjust plans based on client feedback and progress.

• Progress Monitoring: Employ a variety of assessment tools to evaluate clients’ growth and therapeutic outcomes. Maintain comprehensive documentation of client progress, insights, and treatment adjustments.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists. Engage in regular case consultations to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating various mental health challenges. By providing support within our Partial Hospitalization Program, you will help clients address anxiety, mood disorders, and other prevalent concerns, fostering an atmosphere conducive to hope and recovery.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Master’s Degree: A Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
