This position is structured as a remote role, allowing for a flexible work schedule that prioritizes both your well-being and our clients' needs. While the primary hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, there may be occasional needs for evening or weekend sessions to accommodate our diverse client schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and insightful clinical assessments to identify and understand each client’s mental health needs.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with client goals, ensuring comprehensive and effective care.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to client requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to deliver holistic care that addresses both the psychological and emotional aspects of client health.

• Maintain secure and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring privacy and professionalism at all times.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Thrive & Bloom Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 80,000 annually, along with additional performance-based bonuses.
