Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapeutic plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
