Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients to tailor individualized therapy strategies that align with their unique mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client groups, including individuals, families, and couples, utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards to uphold client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic approaches.

• A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice is essential.
