Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking help for mental health issues. You will be instrumental in guiding them through their outpatient treatment programs, particularly the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), which offers both evidence-based and holistic treatment modalities tailored to this age group. Your role will not only directly influence their recovery journeys but also contribute to establishing a culture of healing and wellness within the community.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
