Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of youth clients, developing rapport and establishing confidence while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discussing stability and planning future appointments, discharges when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and review person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for all client interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is primarily geared toward youth, allowing clinicians to focus on the unique mental health challenges faced by this demographic. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
