Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to discuss client progress, assess stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered around the client’s needs, ensuring engagement and effective outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client utilizing our electronic health record system.
\n
• Perform client intake assessments to identify mental health needs and create a roadmap for treatment.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on practice.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to create a cohesive treatment plan for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on youth experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related conditions. You will be instrumental in creating a safe space where clients can express their thoughts and feelings and work towards healthier coping mechanisms. Your role is crucial in promoting their overall psychological well-being and supporting their development into emotionally resilient individuals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A strong understanding of psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, specifically for youth.

• Basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Ability to meet credentialing requirements within relevant clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working directly with youth populations, particularly those dealing with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
