Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining rapport through respectful and ethical interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Keep accurate and detailed documentation and progress notes for every client, ensuring compliance with all clinical standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the needs and treatment goals of new clients.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based methods and therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in regular one-on-one supervision to foster clinical growth and professional development.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrative care for clients.

• Consistently maintain a growth mindset, embracing new strategies and approaches to enhance clinical effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on youth clients dealing with various behavioral and mental health concerns. Our clinicians work to provide compassionate, individualized support to children and adolescents navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By employing a comprehensive approach to therapy, LPCs assist clients in developing coping strategies, enhancing emotional regulation, and achieving overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
