Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our clinic, you will play a critical role in empowering youth facing mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport through active listening, empathy, and a commitment to professional ethics.

• Conducting regular therapy sessions, wherein you will assess clients’ progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and discuss discharge options when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and revising personalized, strengths-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure optimal care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment results in compliance with clinic standards.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to effectively understand clients’ backgrounds and mental health needs.

• Engaging in weekly individual therapy sessions and actively participating in supervision to enhance professional growth.

Qualifications\n
