Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, establishing trust and rapport while maintaining professionalism and ethical boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when applicable.

• Craft, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, tailoring approaches based on each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client eligibility for services and develop appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in collaborative supervision, sharing insights and strategies to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.

• Work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and promote optimal mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted, and active License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for documentation and client management, including systems such as Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and family psychotherapy services.
