Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies suited to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to streamline workflow and enhance client management.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and ensure a cohesive treatment plan for each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
