Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial consultations to evaluate clients' needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Engage in regular communication with clients through virtual appointments, allowing flexibility for both clients and counselors to optimize therapy schedules.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients, addressing all facets of their mental health needs.
