Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate appropriate discharges.

• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans through a collaborative approach, actively involving clients in their healing process.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand each client's history and needs, incorporating findings into tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, conducting multiple sessions weekly to deliver effective psychotherapy.

• Participate in regular individual supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and receive guidance from peers and supervisors.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Proficient with technology, including comfort using software for documentation (e.g., Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY).

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is required.
