Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries throughout therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, consistently reviewing client progress and adapting treatment plans as needed.

• Develop and implement tailored, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, carefully monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the needs and goals of new clients effectively.
\n
• Maintain accurate and current documentation, including treatment progress notes and necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Engage actively in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice and receive constructive feedback for professional growth.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated support and resources to clients.

• Foster a growth mindset within all clinical interactions, focusing on ongoing development and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be to support a diverse outpatient population, encompassing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will provide counseling services that address individual needs, family dynamics, and overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Currently active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using technology, including RMS systems, Outlook, Excel spreadsheets, and PIMSY, to streamline administrative tasks and client care.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating strong therapeutic techniques.

• Comfortable conducting detailed intake assessments and formulating appropriate treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our Licensed Professional Counselors are offered a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. This position operates on a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed rates that are paid ahead of collections, allowing for immediate financial stability. Additional benefits include:
