Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations that inform individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with clients on an appointment basis, promoting flexibility within scheduling to accommodate their unique circumstances.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in continued professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed of advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
