Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Administer therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual sessions, group therapy, and family therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies to support effective care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
