Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create customized therapeutic strategies that meet individual client needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions tailored to specific mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation while adhering to state and federal regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing education, including workshops and training sessions related to advancements in mental health practices and research.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, leveraging the expertise of other professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will be to support clients from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. As a key provider of mental health services, your work will directly impact the lives of those with limited access to care, helping them navigate their challenges and achieve lasting emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
